|Recommended: NoPoor value for the money. For weeks dogs have been barking for hours on going every night. I have notified the staff but nothing has been done. The security personnel don't help either. It's hard to reach anyone to assist in resolving the issue and has remained ongoing. I don't recommend paying the money to live here.
|Recommended: NoPoor value for the money — These apartments are small, expensive, few amenities, and poorly cleaned. The hallways have dingy carpet and the walls are scuffed. Residents take little pride of residency and generally other than the front facing common areas, public areas like hallways, parking, and grounds are dirty and not well kept. Many upstairs neighbors stomp and move furniture creating disturbances
|Recommended: YesAbove satisfactory mainly because of staff — I've lived here for over 3 years and can honestly say it has been a pleasant experience. Of course there are some neighbors who can be quite inconsiderate with making noise above you but that part isn't consistent. I cannot hear my neighbors that live next door to me I am not sure if that is because of the construction or their characters. I try and keep the noise level down in the evenings out of respect. For the most part residents have been good with following guidelines of the property but you will get some that smoke cigarettes on their balcony or outside their windows which can be a nuisance, slam their doors or have dogs of a certain dangerous breed claiming they are service dogs . Parking can be better I notice a few residents do not pay for additional parking and frequently take up guest parking on a daily basis. If they can afford their grey G-Wagons or Cybertrucks they can certainly pay for a parking permit. Since parking is limited I do wish they would monitor tenants parking in guests spots as their permanent parking spots more frequently. As for my review for the staff five-star - no complaints friendly, professional, and reliable.
