Our Pet Policy 

We’re proud to be a pet-friendly community. To ensure a welcoming environment for every resident, we’ve outlined a few simple pet guidelines so you and your four-legged companion can enjoy your home to the fullest.

Permitted Pets at 580 Anton

• Cats and dogs are welcome
• Maximum of 2 pets per apartment home
• Each pet must weigh 35 lbs or less
• Guest pets are not permitted

Breed Restrictions

To help maintain a comfortable community for all residents and their pets, certain dog breeds are not permitted at 580 Anton:

• Akita
• Alaskan Malamute
• Cane Corso
• Chow-Chow
• Doberman Pinscher
• Dogo Argentino
• Perro de Presa Canario
• Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier)
• Rottweiler
• Shar Pei
• Tosa Inu
• Wolf Hybrids

Pet Fees & Monthly Rent

• Monthly Pet Rent: $50 per pet
• Pet Deposit: $400 per pet (This amount is collected along with your security deposit prior to your pet’s move-in.)

Pet Screening 

All pets complete a simple registration process before move-in: 

• All pets, including assistance animals, are registered before move-in.
• Residents will complete a short pet registration form and provide a current photo, along with license and vaccination records as required by local regulations.
• All dogs participate in a Poo Prints program, which supports responsible pet ownership throughout the community. Registration includes a brief, scheduled appointment with our team during regular office hours. During the appointment, a quick DNA cheek swab is collected using a kit provided by the community.
